• Account Data includes your name, username, and sign-in method (for example, email or a social login).
• Contact Data includes email address, phone number, and any messages you send to support or include in a contribution.
• Technical Data includes IP address, device and browser information, usage logs, and approximate location if you enable geolocation.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to deliver core features such as account access, saved places, and listing updates, and to keep the platform safe. We may also analyze aggregated usage to improve performance and the quality of the data shown on the map.

4. Data Sharing & Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted third-party processors to operate the platform securely, such as Supabase for database and authentication, and Sentry for error tracking. These providers only process data on our behalf.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. Access to moderation tools is limited to authorized team members, and we review reports of abuse promptly. You can request corrections or deletion of your account-related data through the user data deletion instructions or by contacting us.

Khutro.vn processes personal data in accordance with Vietnam’s Law on Cybersecurity 2018, Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection, and other applicable regulations. We collect and process personal data only on lawful grounds: your explicit consent, the performance of services you request, and our legitimate interests in operating a safe and accurate rental platform. As a data subject under Vietnamese law, you have the right to know what data we hold, to request corrections, to withdraw consent, and to request deletion of your account-related data.
