User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can ask Khutro.vn to delete user data you shared with us, including account data and data received when you sign in with Google or Facebook. For help, contact support@khutro.vn.
1. Delete your account in Khutro.vn
If you can still sign in, you can delete your account from Account > Settings > Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, linked sign-in methods, places you created, saved items, reviews, suggestions, and account-related data.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in or want a manual request, email support@khutro.vn with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address linked to your account. We may need to verify ownership before processing the request.
3. Data from social login
If you use Google or Facebook to sign in, deleting your Khutro.vn account deletes the account data stored by Khutro.vn. You can also remove Khutro.vn from your connected apps in Google or Facebook to revoke future access.
4. Processing timeline
We process valid deletion requests within 72 hours after receipt unless the law requires or allows us to retain specific data.
5. Scope and retention
Some minimal records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Residual data in backups is removed according to our operational retention cycle.
